    Best Orthodontics Near Me

    WHAT ARE BRACES?

Braces are devices used to treat misaligned teeth and jaws.

Traditional braces normally consist of wires, brackets and bands used to help gradually move misaligned teeth into their proper position.

    TYPES OF BRACES

Braces are devices used to treat misaligned teeth and jaws.

Orthodontics these days offer many different types of braces and treatment plans. The different types of braces are traditional metal braces, ceramic, lingual, and clear. During your consultation, we will discuss the different options to come up with the best plan for you.

    HOW MUCH DO BRACES COST?

Braces are affordable and can help you achieve that confident aesthetic smile. The cost may range anywhere from $2,000 to $5,000 depending on the difficulty and time to complete treatment.

    PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR BRACES

During your consultation we'll review finance options available to you such as CareCredit. Normally, we require a 10% deposit with the remainder being divided up over the course of the treatment.

    DOES INSURANCE COVER BRACES?

Braces may be covered if they are necessary to improve your child's ability to chew properly. While some PPO's may cover full treatment of braces, most insurance companies are not required to cover orthodontia. During your consultation, we will work with you to discover your options and set you on the right path to a great smile.

    WHY DO YOU NEED BRACES?

There are times when poorly aligned teeth can make chewing, or cleaning difficult, which can lead to gum disease. In these cases, it is highly recommended to obtain braces to prevent future problems. However today, braces are mainly used for cosmetics to obtain that perfect smile.

    HOW DO BRACES WORK?

Traditionally, braces have used metal brackets with a memory wire that aligns the teeth. The demand for more cosmetic options have introduced clear brackets, and clear aligners such as invisalign.

    WHEN SHOULD I GET BRACES?

Consultation can start as early as 6-years old to address jaw growth issues. Teeth alignment issues can begin after all the baby teeth are gone usually around 11-12 years of age.

    HOW TO FIND AN ORTHODONTIST?

You can search for your local orthodontist and make sure that they are board certified by the American Academy of Orthodontics.
